Section 94A Contributions Plan
Council is committed to providing the equitable distribution of public facilities for the benefit and well being of all residents.
This plan only applies to land within the local government area of Gloucester zoned 1(a) (Rural), 1(c) (Rural Small Holdings) and 1(f) (Rural (Forests) and 7(d) 7(j) 7(l) (Environment Protection)), the contributions levied will be applied towards meeting the cost of provision or augmentation of public facilities that have been or will be provided across the entire Shire in accordance with the works program.
