Commercial Strategy
The commecial strategy undertakes a review of commercial and industrial zones and identifies the need for change in these zones due to increased development needs and a need for the consolidation of business and residential areas.
This strategy has been developed with a large amount of community input and assistance from the general public and commercial/ industrial sources. The report addresses a number of areas of change from both a planning perspective to the long term impacts of transport, recreation and tourism and town beatification.
