Development Servicing Plan
The Development Servicing Plan under Section 64 of the Local Government Act sets developer contributions for water and sewerage services within Gloucester Shire Council area.
These contributions are paid by developers of subdivisions, builders and the general public where an increase on water or sewer services is required.
