Local Environmental Plan (LEP)
The Gloucester Local Environmental Plan applies to all land within the Gloucester Shire Local Government area.
Note: Minster for Planning can update the Gloucester Local Environment Plan at any time without notification to Council.
The aims of the Gloucester Local Environmental Plan are as follows:· to manage the resources of the Gloucester area
· to protect prime crop and pasture land and places of natural and cultural significance
· to manage development to benefit the community
· to embrace and promote the principles of ecologically sustainable development.
