Section 94 Development Contributions Plan

GLOUCESTER Shire Council is committed to providing the equitable distribution of public facilities for the benefit and well being of all residents.
Council’s works program (Schedule 1) identifies the public amenities or services to be provided, recouped, extended or augmented by contribution monies derived by this plan. The Section 94 Development Contributions Plan applies to specified zones as listed in the plan and has exemptions to development types.
