Notice of Proposed Development

Gloucester Shire Council has received a Development Application for the following proposal :-

DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION NUMBER: 2008/1646
LAND: Lot 4 Sec 24 DP 758288, Scone Road, Copeland NSW 2422
DESCRIPTION: Establish Tourist Accommodation
APPLICANT: Ms AL Smith
CONSENT AUTHORITY: Gloucester Shire Council

The proposal is to establish a two bedroom Tourist Accommodation/Function Centre on a rural property on Scone Road at Copeland.

Plans and details of the proposed development are available for inspection at Gloucester Shire Council's Administration Office, 89 King Street Gloucester, at any time during normal office hours Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays) for the period commencing 7 May 2008 and ending 22 May 2008.

Please note that Council's policy for submissions made in respect to development applications is:
1. The names and contact details of persons making submissions in respect to development applications (whether by way of objection or support) will be included in Council's business papers along with the full content of the submission.
2. Full copies of submissions, including names and contact details, will be provided to applicants on request.
3. All advertisements, notification letters, notices and exhibition documents will include advice of how personal information will be used and disclosed. This advice will include a statement that anonymous submissions may be given less weight (or no weight) in the overall consideration of the application

Submissions should be made to the General Manager, Gloucester Shire Council, PO Box 11, Gloucester NSW 2422, on or before the closing date of exhibition (22 May 2008).

DESCRIPTION: Establish Primitive Camping Ground
APPLICANT: Mr KF Landers
CONSENT AUTHORITY: Gloucester Shire Council

The proposal is to establish a primitive camping ground comprising of 20 campervan/caravan/tent sites on a rural property at 689 Manchester Road, Bindera.

Plans and details of the proposed development are available for inspection at Gloucester Shire Council's Administration Office, 89 King Street Gloucester, at any time during normal office hours Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays) for the period commencing 7 May 2008 and ending 22 May 2008.
