Aqualite and Stretch Aerobics July/August 2008 Program

Classes with instructor Liz Langmead will be held during the months of July and August as follows:

Monday - 11am and 5.30pm
Wednesday -11.00am and 5.30pm
Friday - 12.30pm and 5.30pm
Saturday - 8.00am

Please Note: There will be no classes on Saturday 5 July and Saturday 2 August 2008.

The water is a fabulous 33 deg - to ensure your place please book your session(s) at the Hydrotherapy Pool.
