What is Council's policy on footpath dining?

Council permits local businesses in the main street of Gloucester to utilise sections of the footpath for outside dining given the necessary approval is obtained.

Applications for approval to use the footpath are to be accompanied by a copy of your public liability insurance cover which is to be a minimum of $10 million. Application forms are available from Council's Administration Centre.
