Community Plan
The Community Plan offers a structure for coordinated action, between government based and community organisations, with the singular goal of providing better infrastructure and support for the Gloucester Community.
The Gloucester Community Plan is designed to:

Improve Council's ability to take account of community needs when formulating their management plans

Assist Council to advocate for appropriate and accessible facilities and services

Increase the communities' ability to focus on the underlying social and infrastructure issues and develop a strategies to address community needs
Although the document is Council based, it represents the views and strategies articulated by all the community based organisations operating in Gloucester.
