Council Meetings

Dates and Timing of Council Meetings:

• Council Meetings usually held on the 3rd Wednesday of each month except January and commence at 9:30am.
• Please confirm the Meeting date and starting time by referring to the front cover of the Business Paper or to the home page of the Council website (Events).
• Meeting dates and times are also published in the Gloucester Advocate.

Address from the Public Gallery at Council Meetings:

• Members of the public who wish to raise matters from the Public Gallery relating to any Agenda items, including Planning matters and Development Applications, and who have made arrangements with the General Manager to do so, are advised that this section of the Agenda will be considered at approximately 9.40am, following adoption of last month’s Council meeting minutes. 

• Should you wish the opportunity to address Council at an Ordinary Meeting, would you please contact Council’s Executive Assistant, Leanne Watson, to make the necessary arrangements.
