Community Strategic Plan
Council has adopted a new planning process improve Council's long term Community planning and overall asset management processes; while improving engagement with and reporting to the Community on Council's annual performance.
The 10 Year Community Strategic Plan (CSP), the 4 Year Delivery Program and the Annual Operational Plan – outlines short term (1 year Operational Plan), medium term (4 year Delivery Program), and long term (10 year Community Strategic Plan) priorities, directions, strategic objectives, and progress indicators, that address the Community’s main priorities and aspirations for the future. These draft documents can be downloaded below and links are available to provide feedback.or to requested printed copies of the documents.

Note: Submissions to the Draft Community Strategic Planning documents currently on exhibition must be made before the Close of Business on Friday 15th June 2012.
